It’s not too early to start conditioning!    Join us in the weight room every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2:45 – 4:00 pm. We will also be holding speed training every Sunday and Tuesday from 6:00 – 7:00 pm.   Meet in the weight room to participate.

Varsity Boys’ Basketball Defeats Harper Creek

The Pennfield High School varsity boys’ basketball team traveled across town last night to do battle with their I-8 rivals from Harper Creek High School.  The Panthers defeated the Beavers by the score of 62-41.  Pennfield started quickly and led after the first quarter 24-13.  They extended their lead to 37-19 at halftime and 49-30

Varsity Girls’ Basketball Falls to Harper Creek

The Pennfield High School varsity girls basketball team hosted Interstate 8 rival Harper Creek last night and were defeated by the Beavers 48-37.  The Lady Panthers fell behind early in the contest, trailing 20-10 after the first quarter and could never catch up.  They trailed 26-16 at halftime and 38-21 after the third quarter.   

Several Varsity Bowlers Earn All-Conference Honors

The Pennfield High School varsity boys’ and girls’ bowling teams competed on Saturday in the Interstate 8 Singles Tournament at Airport Lanes in Jackson.  This annual league event is used to determine the all-conference bowlers for the 2018-19 season. Varsity Girls Basketball Topples Marshall

The Pennfield High School varsity girls basketball team exacted some sweet revenge on I-8 rival Marshall High School last Friday night.  The Lady Panthers defeated the visiting Redhawks 52-40 at home as part of the Winter Carnival doubleheader.  Earlier this season, Marshall defeated Pennfield 53-30.  Pennfield improves to 3-10 overall and 2-8 in the Interstate
