Boy’s Bowling Team Defeats Western 30-0

The Pennfield High School varsity bowling team traveled to Airport Lanes on Tuesday afternoon to take on Western High School in their first conference match of the season. The Panthers defeated Western 30-0 to improve their overall dual match record to 3-0 on the year and 1-0 in the Interstate 8.

Pennfield was led by sophomore James Ruoff who bowled games of 205-209 and senior Max Jackson who contributed a 277 game.  Senior Bailey Neal also had a fine showing with games of 191-181.

The boys bowling team will be back in action on January 11th when they host Marshall High School at M-66 Bowl in another league contest.  The match is scheduled to begin at 3:30pm.
