Varsity Lacrosse Defeats Ovid-Elsie

The Pennfield High School varsity lacrosse team hosted Ovid-Elsie High School on Tuesday night and beat the visiting Marauders by the score of 12-0.  With the victory the Panthers improved their record to 2-5 on the season.

Pennfield was led offensively by Ryan Miller who scored 5 goals and had an assist, while Dan Frisbie added a goal and three assists.  The Panthers led 4-0 at the half and broke the game open with a seven goal third period on their way to the victory.

The varsity lacrosse team will be back in action on Thursday, April 20th when they hit the road to challenge the Kalamazoo United team.  Game time is scheduled for 6:00pm.
